A voice weirdly absent in the AI-solving-open-math-problems conversation is mathematicians who are actually impacted (at least on my TL).

I've seen a few "It's not my area but I have enough context to confirm it's a big deal," but zero "I was working on this and now I have to find a new problem" or "I needed this result to make a breakthrough on my research, this is awesome!"
